Full village pages: Adamas, Plaka, Pollonia, plus the hamlets on the villages hub. A house in Klima or Firopotamos is a mood, not a logistics-free base. Share the pin with whoever is driving you from the airport.
If you will not rent a car
Adamas and Pollonia work on foot for dinners. Plaka works on foot inside the village and needs transfers or seasonal buses for beaches. Read Milos without a car. Remote villas without a car are how people spend a surprising amount of a holiday waiting.

Common questions
Where should we stay with children?
Pollonia or Adamas for flatter walking and a beach or harbour at the door. Plaka if they like walking and you have a solid transfer plan. Avoid ladder beaches as a “stay next to it” idea.
