The land loop
Sarakiniko while the light is decent. A short stop in Mandrakia. Firopotamos if you want a swim. Plaka for a walk and a meal. Klima if time remains. That sequence is exactly what the highlights tour and the four-hour private island tour are built to do. Self-driving it is possible; parking will steal the hour you thought you had for Klima.
The beach alternative
If the party wants to swim more than to collect views, pick one south beach according to wind and sit there. Firiplaka or Provatas. Do not add Tsigrado “quickly”. A beaches tour is a different product, longer, and still should not be stacked onto a cruise clock.
If a ship is waiting
