The island bus, used carefully

Public listings and secondary guides mention routes towards Pollonia, Paleochori, Provatas, Achivadolimni, Sarakiniko and Firiplaka, among others. That list is a research snapshot, not a promise that your date has a convenient return. Open the Milos Buses timetable for the week you travel.

Travel in daylight. Carry cash as well as a card. Do not put your only set of house keys in a bag you cannot watch. If you take the bus to a beach with a hard walk at the end (Firiplaka’s slope, anything involving Tsigrado), you still have to walk; the bus does not cancel the last descent. For airport mornings, a pre-booked transfer is the honest tool.

Dinner in Plaka, a late Paleochori sitting, a villa up a track, three hotels in one family, child seats, or a same-day flight: these are transfer or rental problems.
