Why the boat exists
The municipal pages and beach guides agree: Kleftiko is a sea-access landscape of pale rock towers and caves. Sykia is often paired with it. No private car, taxi or bus puts you on that sand. If Kleftiko is non-negotiable, give it a day and book the boat with a company that actually sails, then treat the road as the boring, essential bit. The place page is Kleftiko.
Booking a boat, not a transfer
Look at current operators in Adamas, read what the ticket includes (lunch, snorkels, hotel pickup by the boat company itself), and check cancellation for wind. Prices and daily timetables are not reproduced here because they move. In July and August, waitlists are real. Discover Cyclades may list experiences; it is a partner, not Elysium’s boat desk.
The harbour transfer
If your boat company does not collect from your village, send us the departure time and quay. Published Adamas fares cover many hotels; others are quoted. Build slack: a missed sailing is not refunded by a car that arrived at the minute. See Adamas port transfers.
