Your rental return and your departure do not have to be the same place. Arrange a car after handing back your hire car or ATV, with room for your people and luggage.
Use the actual return address
Give us the rental office address or map pin, the agreed handover time and your onward destination. A rental company’s name alone is not enough when it has more than one desk. This service does not depend on a partnership with your rental provider.
Leave time for the handover
Arrange the pickup after you expect to finish the rental inspection and paperwork. If a ferry or flight follows, share its departure time too. Contact the driver if the handover runs late so the team can assess the connection.
Bring everyone into the same plan
Tell us if passengers and bags are waiting at a different address. An additional hotel stop must be agreed when quoting the journey. For a group with luggage, send suitcase counts so a suitable vehicle can be assigned.
